President
6 time X Games Medalist | 4 time US Open Champion | 2 time Powder Magazine’s Best Female of the Year | ESPN’S Best Female In Action Sports | Red Bull Cold Rush Champion | World Record Holder
A professional freeskier specializing in park, cliffs, air and powder, Grete took the ski world by storm when she won the US Open of Freeskiing at age 17 in slopestyle. She became the first freeskiing woman to win gold at the X Games. And she is still the only female skier today to win both medals in halfpipe and slopestyle in the X Games and FIS World Championships.
Grete fell in love with “getting air” at a very young age and continues to push the amplitude for women around the world. She is a board member of the Women’s Sports Foundation and continues to collaborate with brands that share similar ideologies and engineers equipment she needs to play in the mountains. In January 2017, Grete began a two-year term as Women’s Sports Foundation President, a prestigious role elected by the WSF Board of Trustees.
